Affection is a feeling we share with people whom we care for.In this time of Corona Pandemic the health of our grandparents is at risk, and due to social distancing our grandparents feel ‘confined’ or restricted, which is usually opposite to their nature of being ‘interactive’.
Here is your chance, to play board games, a deck of cards, play music they used to enjoy- to help them feel better! Here is the moment to practise preventive healthcare measures for the respiratory system of your grandparents too, especially those having co-morbidities of Diabetes, Hypertension and Heart disorders.These are:
- SWEDAN-Inhalation of turmeric boiled water “steam”. Everyday for ten minutes!
- Apply two-two drops of sesame oil or any other in the nasal passage, after bath.
- DHUPAN- Medicated fumes of Camphor( Bhimseni kapoor) everyday in their room!
