Is the urge for hunger satisfied or fulfilled?
Lastly, after food are you comfortable in activities such as breathing, sitting, walking, and laughing.
You need to stop before the undue pressure begins or the activities are compromised.
So, Ayurved divides the capacity of the stomach into three parts. One part for solids, second part for liquids and third part is left for the movement of Vata-Pitta-Kaph!
