Ayurveda is for the wellbeing of all human beings, from all walks of life, with different occupations and regions. Such that each person may be able to fulfil one’s duties, responsibilities, desires and the inner journey of self growth too.

Hence the principles of diet, and dietetics are recommended for implementing the first pillar- “aahar” or diet.

The second pillar is sleep, and its laws recommended for being able to conserve and rejuvenate the system.

The third pillar is appropriateness of sexual activities which requires one to understand physical, emotional, social principles for balance.
