CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY!
Daily and consistent practice of routine in a right sequence help us to heal our body and mind and later helps us to be healthy. I have a sedentary job and was always troubled with body aches and pains . Though I did yoga and meditation I was not consistent in my practice.

I attended Dr. Shefali’s workshop and started practicing a routine suggested by her during the workshop. Waking up early in the morning and taking oil bath (abhyanga) in the morning with home made ubtan. Followed by yoga and meditation and sleeping early during night. Following these simple practice consistently on daily basis bought lot of change in my body. The act of oiling the body makes me feel connected with my body. It helps in hydrating the skin, improving mood and promoting relaxation. Doing Yoga has improved my strength, flexibility, posture and has improved my energy levels. Meditation has improved my focus, memory and sleep quality. The aches and pain in my body reduced drastically. My body feels light. I feel fresh the whole day and have more focus on my work. I thank Vaidya Shefali for the valuable guidance. Consistent and mindful practice of a routine on daily basis helps to unlock the full potential of the body and mind.
