- All weekend timings: 2:45pm- 4:15pm.
- Tuesdays: 8:00pm- 9:30pm
About the Course: The purpose of this course is to empower individuals in handling several health care situations that occur due to seasonal changes or common conditions while growing up in a family from childhood to old age. This course is to build observant, & aware caring individuals towards oneself and others. It is to highlight the power of ‘care’.
Methodology- Discussion with Practical sessions.
What to Expect From This Course:
CONCEPTS:
- Advanced understanding on Tridosha, and 7 Dhatus.
- “Sewa” or care is an art that transforms and instills fearlessness!
- Learn about mental wellness according to Ayurveda and how one could take care.
- Identifying Agni imbalance and Ajeerna.
- Laws of dietetics – ashta aahaar vidhi aayatan.
- Incompatible combinations of food.
- Understanding indriyas or sense organ disorders.
- Understanding manas according to Ayurveda.
PRACTICAL SESSIONS:
- How to care for oneself on a daily basis
- Understanding health care in different age groups.
- Understanding your body – tooth problems, sleepless nights.
- Identifying reasons for cravings, munchings, obesity and emotional clearance.
- Children care: eating disorders, worm issues and frequent cold coughs.
- Elderly care with soothing measures.
- Kitchen herbs as medicine.
- Know about medicinal plants easy to grow at home & their properties.
- Daily inner alignment with breath mindfulness
- Journaling for deepening inner reflection
ACTIVITIES:
- Abhyanga technique (Applying Oil)
- Nasya (Nasal care)
- Eye care
- Karna pooran (Ear care)
- Autumn special Food
(This session would have special guest speakers!)
This is an E-certificate course on Ayurveda education.
To Register -: Contribution of ₹4300 is accepted.
As part of the course, each participant would be sent a book on Ayurveda authored by Vaidya Shefali.

About Vd. Shefali:
Vaidya Shefali is an Ayurveda Physician, Naadi Parikshak, running her Panchkarma clinic in Indore city.
She completed her BAMS from Bharatividyapeeth, Pune, in 2013.
Vaidya Shefali has studied Ayurveda in all its originality. She had the privilege to learn and inherit the tradition of Naadi Pariksha from her Guru Vaidyraj A. Nagraj ji with a family lineage of 800 years. She is an experienced Naadi Parikshak and a Panchkarma specialist. While working as a Vaidya she has lived and worked with people from rural as well as urban parts. Her experiences have enabled her to understand the problems and pitfalls in our contemporary lifestyle and tensions. She treats patients to improve their overall health. She is particularly taking up and treating health challenges that the women in India face.
She also believes Ayurvedic perspective to health is very important for children to learn in school. Therefore she has taken up the task of designing a curriculum for them to learn Ayurveda. She also takes awareness sessions for interested people. Apart from her Ayurvedic medical degree, she is a Counsellor, Meditator and also a certified Pranic healer, Yoga instructor and Aromatherapist.
She has also authored the book on Ayurveda called The Harmonics of Life.
